• Farm Consulting: This can include family meetings, entity selection, debt restructuring, large purchases or constructions, or assisting a farm with large changes such as a dairy selling all of the cows and moving to grain farming or a beef cattle operation. We can also help farmers with suppliers or problems or even help make decisions on purchases of equipment and the price range that would be a “good deal”.
• Farm Family Consulting: In this scenario, we can help a farmer determine if the next generation is ready and able to take over the farming operation. We do this by spending the day with the farmer, son, or daughter, and hired hand and then having one-on-one meetings with each individual.
